"Um vídeo captado pela câmara de um carro da polícia de trânsito do estado norte-americano do Utah, colocado ontem no Youtube, mostra um agente a usar uma arma Taser contra um automobilista.

A autoridade de segurança rodoviária do estado já abriu um inquérito para avaliar o comportamento do agente.

Em Setembro, um estudante da Universidade da Florida foi atingido por uma arma Taser durante uma conferência do ex-candidato à Presidência dos EUA John Kerry.

Há pouco mais de uma semana, um cidadão polaco morreu no aeroporto de Vancouver, no Canadá, depois de ter sido atingido com uma descarga de 50 mil volts disparada por uma arma semelhante."
